The Detian Waterfall, located in Daxin county, Chongzuo city, southwestern China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is the largest transnational waterfall in Asia. It is connected to Ban Gioc Waterfall in Vietnam. Detian Waterfall Scenic Area is rated as a national 5A tourist attraction.

In March 2019, Detian Waterfall Scenic Area attracted an investment of 1.45 billion yuan from China's Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (CTS Hong Kong), becoming one of Guangxi’s key investment projects.

Wu Bing, Deputy General Manager of Guangxi CTS Detian Waterfall Tourism Development Co., Ltd. said that CTS Hong Kong will improve the supporting facilities in Detian Waterfall Scenic Area, aiming to promote the construction of a China-Vietnam cross-border tourism cooperation zone and build a pilot project of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) tourism cooperation.
