Xi's special envoy to attend high-level int'l forum dedicated to International Year of Peace and Trust

BEIJING, Dec. 10 (Xinhua) -- At the invitation of Turkmenistan, Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Peng Qinghua will attend the High-Level International Forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust to be held in Turkmenistan on Dec. 12, the Chinese foreign ministry announced on Wednesday.

Peng is vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
