Chinese FM refutes allegation of creating debt traps

BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- It is never China that should be accused of creating the so-called debt traps, Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang said Tuesday when responding to a question on the Belt and Road Initiative.
