As ice and snow tourism continues to grow, "Ice City" Harbin in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, has become a premier winter destination. Here, winter is a shared experience that brings both the ice and snow economy and its artists to life.

In this video, two winter artists share their stories and devotion to ice and snow: Li Qiushi, designer of Harbin's iconic giant snowman, and Chen Feiyue, an ice sculpture student at Harbin Normal University.
