"It began with the pain points of an industry, took shape through the foresight of a city, and flourished in the deep integration of technology and industry." In developing our business in Wuhu, Anhui Province, what impresses me most is that the government has a deep understanding of industrial development, provides robust support, and offers meaningful services.
Wuhu has systematically developed robotics as a strategic industry and established China's first national-level robotics industry cluster. Currently, over 300 robotics companies operate here, generating a total output of more than 40 billion yuan (approximately $5.8 billion). Thanks to a comprehensive robotics industry chain, we have fully integrated sector demands from core components to system integration.
In recent years, Wuhu has implemented a series of initiatives across key areas, including science and technology innovation, industry development, talent cultivation, and support measures. This includes launching the "Milk Vetch Talents Plan," establishing the innovation and entrepreneurship fund, and setting up the Jiuzi Sci-Tech and Innovation Bay, all aimed at empowering enterprises and promoting innovation.
Selecting prime locations with beautiful landscapes, the Wuhu government built the Jiuzi Sci-Tech and Innovation Bay, home to our company. Each of the 18 parks here has its own specialty — some focus on the low-altitude economy, some on computing power, and others on software. Every company has its own unique strengths. Countless tech companies and research teams like ours have taken root here like saplings in a rainforest, eagerly absorbing nutrients and growing rapidly.
As a leading enterprise in the national robotics industry chain, the government's strong support goes beyond simple "guidance." It also provides clearer direction for our innovation efforts and helps set more stable development expectations. Last September, construction began on our super factory (Phase I); an intelligent facility where "robots build robots" and more "technological blossoms" bear "industrial fruit."
The fertile ground of policy encourages us to adopt a long-term thinking and to take on the tough challenges in technological innovation, thereby achieving 100 percent self-reliance in core components. Building an innovation ecosystem is also the government's long-term approach, which plants the best resources in the best soil, allowing the tree of innovation to put down deep roots and spreads its branches, and yielding even more abundant and sweeter technological fruits.
