The Nujiang River Grand Canyon in Lisu Autonomous Prefecture of Nujiang, southwest China's Yunnan Province, alongside the Grand Canyon in the United States and the Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon in southwest China, is regarded as one of the world's three major canyons. It's renowned for its towering peaks, elevation drops of 3,000 to 4,000 meters and breathtaking gorges.
