Mission Unlock | Ep 2: Why did an order stall at the last minute?

In Episode 2 of "Mission Unlock," Mina visits an international exhibition, where her gaze falls on a product with great market potential. However, an automated evaluation system classifies it as lacking competitiveness, putting the order at risk of being lost.

Following the system's instructions, Mina tracks the order through each stage and assesses the value added by key services, including quality inspection, certification, smart logistics, cross-border insurance, overseas after-sales service and digital supply chain management. The order is eventually signed.

Mina comes to understand that competitiveness lies not only in the product itself, but also in the service chain behind it.

The outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) calls for initiatives to expand capacity and improve quality in the service sector. It also seeks to open the sector wider, deepen regulatory reform and refine support policies in order to comprehensively enhance the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the sector and better leverage its role in supporting industrial upgrading, meeting people's livelihood needs and expanding employment.
