Highlights: Journalists with major news agencies from eight Arab countries including Egypt, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Union of Comoros, Lebanon, Mauritania, Sudan and Tunisia, visited Lanzhou, Northwest China’s Gansu Province, from October 26 to 28. During their three-day visit, the group of 15 journalists gained a comprehensive and deeper impression of Lanzhou’s development in areas such as ecological management, economic and cultural construction, and industrial technology. Their visit was an activity organized by the Belt and Road News Network (BRNN) Media Workshop and hosted by the BRNN secretariat and the Communication University of China. Launched in April, BRNN is led by People’s Daily. Now, it has 194 media members from 94 countries.
