Originally from North America, cranberries have found new ground in Heilongjiang Province in northeastern China.

Fuyuan, a city in Heilongjiang, now hosts the largest cranberry plantation in Asia, covering 4,200 mu. The industry generates up to 80 million yuan (approximately $11.12 million) annually.
